A large, centrally-heated flat on the top floor of one of the large houses overlooking the fishermansıs huts between The White Lion and The Wentworth hotel with uninterrupted views of the beach and sea.
Sitting Room
A large room with interrupted view over the beach and sea, plus the fishermen with their boats and huts. It is comfortably furnished with settees and easy chairs. Coffee tables and table lamps. Dining table and chairs. Colour TV and radio cassette player. There is a desk and chair in the alcove off the sitting Room.
Kitchen/Diner
Again a large room with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Ample china, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses and much more for your use. A cupboard houses the controls for the hot water and heating.
Rental
£145 - £500 per week according to season
Bedroom 1
A very large room with a 5ft. and single beds. Both have bedside tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
Bathroom
Bath with shower over, WC and basin.
While all the bedding is provided tenants MUST provide their own linen .i.e. duvets cover, sheets, pillow cases and towels
