A three storey, centrally-heated house situated at the southern end of the High Street but within a short distance of the main shopping area, beach and sea.
Sitting Room
A light, comfortably furnished room with large comfy sofa and easy chairs with coffee table and lamps. Colour television, video, DVD and CD player. A gas-operated 'coal effect' stove.
Kitchen/Diner
Again a light room with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Pine table and chairs. More than ample cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses for your use. There is a trap door leading down into the cellar.
Garden
There is a patio area with garden bench.
Rental
£325 - £700 per week according to season
Bathroom
Bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With single bed with another bed under making 2 singles or 1 double. Chest of drawers, bedside lamp and hanging space.
Bedroom 2
With a pair of bunk beds, large chest of drawers and hanging space. Bedside lamps.
Bedroom 3
With double bed, bedside tables, lamps, clothes rail and chest of drawers. En-Suite Shower room.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
