A comfortably furnished room with large comfy sofas, one being a sofa bed. Small colour television and video. Coffee table and lamps.
Kitchen/Diner
With electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Two folding tables and chairs. Ample china, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware for your use.
Garden
Enclosed, sunny garden with furniture. South-facing front garden with bench.
Rental
£200 - £520 per week according to season

With shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With a view towards the river and marshes. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Easy chair.
Bedroom 2
With modern 'stack bed' making a single or double bed. Bedside table and lamp. Wardrobe, chair and a view over the garden.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
