The house sleeps 6
A south-facing cottage with some original features. Situated in a quiet lane off the main road in the middle of Snape with views towards the River Alde and Snape Maltings. Heating is by a multi-fuel stove and night storage heaters. The front door is low and there are two quite steep steps down into the cottage.
Lounge
A comfortably furnished south-facing room featuring the original fireplace with wood burning stove, a settee, easy chairs, colour television, coffee tables and table lamps. The view is of the River Alde and Snape Maltings.
Kitchen/Diner
A large family L-shaped room with electric cooker, dishwasher, small freezer, ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is a Rayburn stove, small sofa, table and chairs.
Garden
There is a small garden to the rear of the property with garden bench. Garage housing logs and coal.
Rental
£290 - £450 per week according to the season
Bathroom
With shower, bath, basin and W.C.
Bedroom 1
Double divan with bedside tables and lamps, large covered hanging space, easy chair, plus a cot and chest of drawers. The view again is of the River Alde and Snape Maltings.
Bedroom 2
With a pair of bunk beds, bedside table, lamps and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3
With single bed and chest of drawers.
All linen and towels are provided.
Well behaved children welcome
Well-behaved pets welcome, but please clean up before you depart ready for the next tenant. You are asked to keep your pets off of the furniture.
