A large newly refurbished flat on the first and second floors of a listed building. Situated just a few yards from the sea and beach. Access is via a peaceful courtyard with many potted plants. A table, chairs and bench are provided for guests’ use.

Outside the Cottage

The High Street with its shops and restaurants is a further 3-4 minutes away. The refurbishment has been carried out to a very high standard with slate and wood floors, white tiled bathrooms and lots of features. Designed for the most discerning of people who enjoy just that ‘bit extra’.

A spacious room with a slate floor and views over the courtyard. Complete with table, chairs and sideboard. Hi-Fi complete with i-pod dock and speakers in both the dining room and living room.

A newly fitted kitchen with a slate floor. Features fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven There is more then ample china, glasses, cooking utensils and cutlery for you use, plus lots more.

Living Room

A large, light room with oak flooring. Sofas and chaise-longue with matching stool, coffee tables and lamps. Television with DVD player. Plus the added attraction of an open fire.
