PLEASE READ THE BOOKING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING RESERVATION FORM.

There are several ways to contact me to check if the property of your choice is available. You can write, telephone, fax or email me. After checking with me, complete the Reservation Form and together with your NON- RETURNABLE deposit of 20% of the total amount and return to us WITHIN 5 DAYS. If this is not done then the property will be placed on the open market again. PLEASE NOTE: A damage deposit of a £100 is required to be paid with your final balance, 14 days before entry. (This deposit will be returned to you within 14 working days provided that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition.)

BALANCE

The balance and damage deposit MUST be paid in full 14 days BEFORE the start date your holiday.

KEYS

If you cannot collect your keys before 4 p.m. please do let me know and I will endeavour to make alternative arrangements.

ENTRY AND DEPARTURE

All lettings run from Saturday to Saturday and from 3.30 p.m. until 10.00 a.m. unless otherwise stated. Please do remember that you MUST vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. Remember to take all your belongings with you. There is a minimum charge of £10 to collect, pack and post any items that you have left behind and wish me to return to you. I do not hold myself responsible for any loss of forgotten items.

LINEN

Unless you are using our linen hire service, which is £15 per person per week, tenants MUST provide all their own linen, towels etc.

GAS AND ELECTRICITY

Most properties do have the gas and electricity included in the rental for the summer months. From September to May gas and electricity are charged as extra on all properties.

PETS

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and then only in selected properties. The charge for them is £10 per week. I would ask you to register your pet when booking. I do expect you to be a responsible owner and clear up after your pet - inside and out.

PROPERTY

The owner and agent of the hired property do not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident that the tenant or any of his party may incur or experience during the period of their hire. Pamela Pask & Co only acts as the booking agents for the accommodation. The contract is therefore between the tenant and the property owner.

OCCUPATION

It is agreed that the tenant has a right to occupy the premises for a holiday only during the term reserved with no other rights of occupation.

DESCRIPTION

I have taken every care with my inspection and descriptions, I cannot accept any responsibility for any changes of which I have not been notified. I would like to remind you that all my information is printed and given in good faith, no warranties are given by Pamela Pask & Co regarding information provided, either written or oral.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS

In the event of the Hirer being unable to occupy the property, please do notify me as soon as possible in writing. I, the agent, will try to obtain an alternative booking. If I am successful then the Hirer will only forfeit his/her deposit. If, however, the property remains unoccupied then the FULL hire fee is payable. It is STRONGLY recommended that the Hirer insures against eventuality.
