The cottage sleeps 4
The cottage was built around 12 years ago but is designed to look like a period cottage to blend in with the village. It is situated in the middle of this quiet Suffolk village just behind the local Friston Chequers. The heating is by night storage heaters plus a log burning stove. There is parking for two cars.
Sitting Room
A comfortably furnished room overlooking the rear garden, with small television, video and music centre. Settee and easy chairs, coffee tables and lamps and log burning stove for those cosy evenings. French doors lead to the garden.
Kitchen/Diner
A large family room with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. More than ample china, cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery for your use. Pine table and chairs.
Cloakroom
With WC and washhand basin.
Garden
Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Rental
£150 - £500 per week according to season
Bathroom
Bath with shower over, washhand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
Double bed with bedside tables and lamps. Wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2
A twin-bedded room with 2'6" beds. Bedside table and lamp and chest of drawers.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
