The cottage sleeps 4+2
A typical Aldeburgh cottage with central heating and the advantage of being completely refurbished in recent years. It is a second home, much used by the owner, thus it is well above the standard of a holiday cottage. Although the cottage is situated in King Street you do have good views over Crag Path, the beach and sea.
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1
With twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers. Small hanging cupboard with plenty of shelves. Easy chair.
Kitchen/Diner
A newly created room facing the sea. Modern kitchen area with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is more than ample cutlery, china, glasses and cooking utensils available for use. There is a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs.
Bathroom
Bath with shower attachment, washhand basin and WC.

£290 - £550 per week according to season

Sitting Room
A comfortably furnished room with views over the beach and sea, sofa and easy chairs, chest of drawers, coffee tables and table lamps. Colour television and single stack bed (this bed is very versatile - by day it's a couch, by night it can be converted into two single beds to sleep an extra two people)
