A centrally-heated former fisherman's cottage about 40feet from the beach and situated in a quiet lane off Crag Path. The High Street and shops are a minute's walk away.
Sitting Room
With settee and easy chairs, small colour television and video. Working open fire.
Kitchen/Diner
With cooker, fridge and dishwasher. Expandable wooden table with chairs. Ample china, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware for your use.
Please note - the cottage has steep stairs to the first floor.
Rental
£145 - £475 per week according to season
Shower Room
With shower and child size bath (not suitable for adults), washhand basin, separate WC.
Bedroom 1
A large bright room with double bed, bedside table and lamps. Chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and washhand basin. All beds have new mattresses.
Bedroom 2
With 2 singles beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp and chest of drawers. This room also has a washhand basin.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
