Cragside is a centrally heated ground floor flat situated in a large house on Crag Path. There is no sea view but approximately 20 yards from the beach and sea. The flat has been completely refurbished to a very high standard featuring antiques.
Sitting/Dining Room
A comfortably furnished room with sofa and easy chair. Coffee tables and discrete lighting. Table and chairs. Television and DVD and cassette/recorder radio. Inglenook fireplace with electric living flame stove fire. This room gets the afternoon and evening sun.
Kitchen
With electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Microwave. Ample china, cooking utensils, glasses and china for your use.
Rental
£250 - £420 per week according to the season
Bathroom
Newly fitted. Bath with shower attachment, basin and WC. Airing cupboard housing the washer/dryer.
Main Bedroom
A large room facing east hence getting the morning sun. Twin beds with bedside tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Television /video. Small table and easy chair.
Bedroom 2
With single bed, bedside table and lamp. Chest of drawers.
Weekends available out of season.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
