Dolphin cottage is a high quality, centrally-heated new-build, ideally situated for the beach, the village shop and the Dolphin pub/restaurant. It is on three floors and has a south-facing rear garden with parking for 1 car.
Sitting Room
A light and airy, comfortably furnished family room, with comfy sofa and easy chairs, television and DVD, coffee tables and lamps. Welsh dresser, window seat and gas fire add to the character.
Kitchen/Diner
Again a pleasant room with French doors leading to the garden. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. More than ample china, glasses, cooking utensils and cutlery for your use. Table and chairs.
Garden
South-facing, enclosed garden with garden furniture for your use.
Rental
£350 - £800 per week according to season
Bathroom
Bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Shower Room
A larger than average shower room with WC and basin.
Bedroom 1
With a 5ft bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, large chest of drawers and wardrobe. Rocking chair and window seat.
Bedroom 2
With a pair of bunk beds and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3
Housing 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and TV/video. There is a fitted wardrobe on the landing.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
