The cottage sleeps 6
A centrally-heated fisherman's cottage backing onto the school playing ground. The cottage has recently been refurbished. The High Street with its various shops is just a few minutes away as are the beach and sea.
Lounge
A comfortably furnished family room with its newly-restored fireplace and gas stove. Easy chairs, settee, coffee tables and table lamps. Colour television and CD player. Plenty of reading material.
Kitchen/Diner
A family room again recently modernised, with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Table and chairs. Ample cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware are provided for your use.
Cloakroom
With WC and washhand basin.
Garden
There is an enclosed, very pleasant, sunny patio-style garden to the rear with garden furniture.
Rental
£275 - £650 per week according to season
Bathroom
Another of the refurbished rooms, with bath and shower over, washhand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With a lovely old wrought iron double bed, bedside shelf and lamp and small wardrobe. This is quite a small room but it does have the advantage of the view over the school play ground and Aldeburgh Marshes beyond.
Bedroom 2
A pair of bunk beds with bedside lamp, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 3
With two 2'6" single beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
