The cottage sleeps 4+2
A newly refurbished, centrally-heated Victorian cottage retaining some of the original features and giving a feeling of space. Situated at the southern end of the town within a few minutes walk to the shops. The beach and sea are about the same distance away. There is a footpath a short distance from the cottage that leads to the marshes and river. There is parking for one small car.
Sitting Area
A pleasant, comfortably furnished room with an air of space. Sofa, easy chairs and coffee tables with table lamps. Colour TV./Video/DVD. Plenty of reading material. Featuring a wood-burning stove for those cosy evenings. There is also a payphone - No. 0172 453286.
Dining Area
With farmhouse table and chairs, Norfolk dresser and Radio/CD player.
Kitchen
A real joy to work in, with gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. More than ample china, glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery and much, much more.
Utility Area
This is situated in a small building by the back door. Containing washing machine, dryer and small freezer.
Garden
South-facing garden with decking and grassed area, garden furniture and barbeque.
Rental
£275 - £600 per week according to season

A larger room than the average, bath with shower attachment, WC and washhand basin.
Bedroom 1
A double, king-size bed with bedside tables, lamps and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
A modern 'stack' bed and built-in wardrobe.
Studio/Bedroom 3
Situated in the loft via a sturdy loft ladder, with a modern 'stack' bed that will sleep 2. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's well worth the climb as the views are of the River Aide and the Town marshes. However care must be taken.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
