Flint Cottage is situated at the southern end of the town, but within a few minutes walk of the main shopping area. The beach and sea are just across the road.
Sitting Room
A comfortably furnished room with settee, easy chairs and coffee tables. Small colour television and radio. French doors lead to the conservatory.
Conservatory/Diner
With dining table, benches and settee.
Kitchen
A family room with cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar with chairs. More then ample china, glasses, cooking utensils and cutlery for your use.
Study/Playroom
With table, chairs and writing desk. Plenty of reading material.
Cloakrooms
There are 2 downstairs cloakrooms with basins.
Garden
Sunny, enclosed garden with furniture and barbeque.
Rental
£550 - £900 per week according to season
Bathroom
Bath with shower attachment over, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
A double bed with bedside cabinet and lamp. Washhand basin. Fitted wardrobes. View over the rear garden and the marshes beyond.
Bedroom 2
Again a double with bedside tables and lamp. Fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The same view as bedroom one.
Bedroom 3
A twin-bedded room with small fitted wardrobe and desk.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom is located over the garage and has 2 singles and chest of drawers.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
