A centrally-heated, 2 bed roomed fisherman's cottage at the southern end of the town, only a few minutes walk away from the main shopping area and even nearer the beach and sea.
Lounge
A tastefully furnished, comfortable room with a double aspect. Comprising of easy chair, settee and modern sofa that converts into a double bed. Flat screen television and DVD player, coffee tables, table lamps and writing bureau.
Kitchen
A bright, modern room with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. There are amply crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware for your use.
Dining Room
Again another nice room with table, chairs and Welsh dresser. There are french doors onto the enclosed patio garden.
Garden
Small, enclosed patio with garden furniture.
Rental
£250 - £550 per week according to season
Bathroom
Recently renovated. Bath with power shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
Again with a double aspect overlooking the High Street. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and large chest of drawers. Bookcase filled with reading material.
Bedroom 2
Twin beds, bedside table and lamp. Small fitted wardrobe and easy chair. Airing cupboard housing the controls to the central heating and hot water system.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
