The bungalow sleeps 5
A centrally heated, detached bungalow situated about 1½ miles from the main town centre, beach and sea. It overlooks The North Warren with all it's wildlife. Indeed you can walk to Thorpeness and the beach through the Warren. The bungalow itself is in approximately 4 acres of land but the immediate area is a very pleasant garden with large sunny patios, garden furniture and plenty of parking.
Sitting Room
A large family room with two sets of french doors onto the patios, one being south facing, sofa and ample easy chairs, coffee tables and lamps. Colour television and video, bookcases with plenty of reading material.
Dining Room
With a magnificent floor to ceiling window overlooking the rear garden. Table and chairs with ample seating for up to six people, more bookcases, again with plenty of reading material. Small colour television.
Kitchen
With electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a large American style fridge and freezer. Ample cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware, and much, much more are provided.
Rear Entrance/Lobby
This very useful room houses the central heating boiler, washing machine, and still has plenty of space for boots, shoes, etc.
Rental
£400 - £650 per week according to season
Bedroom 1
With king size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2
Again with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3
With a single bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and fitted cupboard housing the water softener.
Bathroom
With bath and shower, bidet, wash hand basin and WC.
Duvets and pillow are provided BUT tenants MUST bring their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels.
