The house sleeps 7
A large family house overlooking the Meare. The house has been kept in the original 'Old Thorpeness 20's style'. There is electric heating in all rooms. The house sleeps 6 plus one, on the Z-bed.
Sitting Room
Easy chairs, settee, coffee table and standard lamp, 
television and video make this a pleasant room with really good uninterrupted views over the Meare.
Dining Room
Large table with seating for 8 people plus smaller table for those extra guests, sideboard. Telephone for incoming calls only - No. 01728 452163. The dining room has the same stunning views over the Meare.
Kitchen
Newly fitted in 2004. With gas cooker, small washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Ample cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils for your use.
Garden
There is an enclosed all-round garden with garden furniture.
Rental
£350 - £720 per week according to the season

With shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom
with bath, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With superb views over the Meare. 2 single beds and bedside cabinet. Large chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bedroom 2
With single bed plus Z-bed for extra guest and dressing table.
Bedroom 3
The same wonderful views over the Meare. 2 single beds, bedside table, large chest of drawers and hanging space. Washhand basin and electric radiator complete the room.
Bedroom 4
With 1 single bed, large chest of drawers and washhand basin.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
