The Lookout is a newly-created maisonette with great, uninterrupted sea views. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has been awarded 4 stars from the tourist board. The accommodation comprises the top two floors of a handsome Georgian building in the High Street, allowing wonderful sea views. It is just opposite the hill coming into Aldeburgh. The maisonette has it's own private entrance and small paved courtyard with table and chairs. The flat has an intercom buzzer system and there is a secure under cover area for bike parking.

A superb large room of some 500 square feet with 5 large sash windows and French doors, with views of Church Hill on west side and the 16th century Moot Hall and seaside only 100 yards to the east. It features a SITTING AREA with comfy leather sofas, large coffee table and lamps.
Television DVD /Video player.(A few DVDs provided). KITCHEN/DINING AREA with all mod cons. Dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and much, much more. Ample china, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for your use. Table and chairs and french doors to catch that sea breeze and the view!

While all duvets and pillows are provided, there is a charge for high quality duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels of £15.00 per person per week. Tenants may provide their own linen if they so wish.
