A large centrally-heated family house on three floors, with uninterrupted views of the beach, sea and the Fishermen's huts. Situated at the northern end of the town but within a few minutes walk to the main area of the High Street.
Lounge
A large comfortably furnished room idea for all the family. With easy chairs, settee, coffee tables and table lamps, colour television/video and writing desk. Pay telephone - No. 01728 452577, books and games. There are table and chairs by the servicing hatch to the kitchen.
Kitchen/Diner
Again a large family room very well equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, two large refrigerators, microwave and a large warming cabinet. Table and chairs. More then ample crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. And lots, lots more.
Utility Room
With sink unit, tumble dryer and plenty of drying room. Iron, ironing board and large freezer.
Downstairs Cloakroom
With basin and WC.

Patio area with garden bench.

Sitting Room - on first floor
A large family room with plenty of comfortable settees and easy chairs to relax in and enjoy the uninterrupted views from the balcony over the beach, sea and fishermen's huts. Coffee tables, table lamps and writing table. A coal effect gas fire completes the room - and no television!
Bedroom 1
With double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table.
En-suite Shower Room
A larger then average room with extra large shower, 2 basins and WC. This room can be divided off for private use. This still leaves a passageway to the bedroom.
Bedroom 2
Again with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. Chest of drawers and dressing table. Large covered alcove hanging space and easy chairs.
Bedroom 3
With 2 single beds, bedside drawers and lamp and again a modern canvas hanging space.
Bedroom 4
Considered the master bedroom, with wonderful views over the beach, sea and fisherman's huts. It has two single beds, easy chair and bedside table and lamp. Large chest of drawers, dressing table and fitted wardrobe.
Tenants use the balcony at their own risk.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
