A large converted building made into two flats, the upper with a balcony, the lower with a large courtyard. Both have garden chairs and a small table. They are heated by night storage heaters. There are NO televisions. The flats are situated near the school at the southern end of the town, but within easy walking distance from the High Street, shops, beach and sea.
L-shaped Lounge/Diner
Comfortably furnished with bed settee, coffee tables and lamps, dining table and chairs. French doors on to the courtyard from the lower flat and on to the balcony from theupper flat.
Kitchen
With electric cooker, fridge, ample crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware.
Rental
£130 - £375 per week according to season
En-suite Bathroom
With WC washhand basin and bath.
Bedroom 1
Furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers. French doors onto the courtyard (lower flat) and the balcony (upper flat).
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
