The bungalow sleeps 5
A centrally-heated, detached bungalow, with ample parking, completely built from logs. An unusual property in a very popular area of the town, but only a few minutes from the High Street and its many shops. The beach and sea are approximately five minutes away. All rooms are south facing except the bathroom.
Sitting/Dining Room
Large family room, comfortably furnished with ample easy chairs, coffee tables and lamps and a colour television. Large table and chairs. And the added attraction of an open fire. Door to the conservatory.
Conservatory
A very pleasant room with settee and door to the garden.
Kitchen
With gas cooker, fridge, microwave. Ample cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils provided, and lots more.
Utility Room
With washing machine and tumble dryer.
Garden
Large, all-round enclosed garden with garden furniture and ample parking.
Rental
£400 - £750 per week according to season
Bathroom
With bath, separate shower cubicle, washhand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and easy chair.
Bedroom 2
With two single beds, over-bed wall light, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3
A small room with one single bed, bedside table and lamp and easy chair.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
