Sperling Cottage is a large, detached, centrally-heated property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the sea in the distance and easily suitable for two families. There is a cosy corner with internet connection.
Sitting Room
A large family room, comfortably furnished with large comfy sofas and coffee tables. Television and DVD player, bookcases and desk. Wonderful sea view.
Kitchen/Diner
Again a large family room with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. More than ample china, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils and much, much more. Table with ample seating for 10 people.
Bedroom 1
One of the main rooms with double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, vanity unit, easy chair and cot. Fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room overlooks the garden and the sea beyond.
Bedroom 2
With 2 single beds, chest of drawers, bedside lamps, hanging space and easy chair. This room also overlooks the garden and the sea beyond.
Cloakroom
Downstairs cloakroom and a separate shower room.
Utility Area
With washing machine.
Garden
Large garden with garden furniture, barbeque and plenty of parking.
Rental
£600 - £1600 per week according to the season

Bathroom
Bath with shower over. Separate WC.
Bedroom 3
With views over the garden and wonderful sea views beyond, with king size bed, beside tables and lamps, large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and settee.
Bedroom 4
With the same stunning views as bedroom 3 but with 3 single beds, bedside tables and lamps. Fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Easy chair.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
Well behaved children welcome
One behaved pet welcome BUT owners MUST clean up after them inside and out
