A large detached, centrally heated, superior family house with direct access to the beach and sea.
Sitting Room
A large family room with French doors leading to a walled patio and direct access to the beach. Comfortably furnished with settees, window seating and easy chairs, coffee tables and table lamps. Open fire and television.
Kitchen/Diner
Again a very large family room with pine centre table and plenty of seating for all the family. Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a small hostess heating tray. Welsh dresser. Ample cutlery, china, cooking utensils and glasses for your use and much, much more. Again, French doors lead onto the patio.
Conservatory/Dining Room
A room with three of the walls have glass folding doors offering superb all round views of the beach and sea. Contains tables and chairs, settee and ample easy chairs.
Utility Room
With washing machine and basin. The central heating boiler and immersion heater are also located in this room. To get to this room you have to walk through the 'bunk room' which is not to be used.
Rental
£700 - £1,950 per week according to season
Shower Room - on ground floor
Basin, WC and a large walk-in Scandinavian-style shower.
Bedroom 4 - on ground floor
With good views over the beach and sea. Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and corner hanging space.
Bathroom
Bath with shower mixer tap, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With uninterrupted view of the beach and sea. 2 single beds with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, with en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2
With the same fabulous views of the beach and sea plus views over the Thorpeness Marshes and the House in the Clouds. 2 single beds with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and washbasin.
Bedroom 3
Again with 2 singles, bedside tables and lamps, corner hanging space, basin, chest of drawers. The views from this bedroom are the same as bedroom two.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
