A marine house in a prime position in Aldeburgh, a few yards from both the beach and the High Street. This Victorian property has been refurbished to a very high standard.
Sitting Room
Comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, easy chairs, coffee tables and lamps. There is a colour television and video recorder as well as a radio/cassette player. Coal-effect stove. Door to courtyard and second set of steep stairs.
Kitchen/Diner
A family room with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer toaster and washer/dryer Ample china, glass, cooking utensils and cutlery are provided (including a fish kettle!). An iron and ironing board are also available. Dining table and chairs seating 8 people. One of the two sets of steep stairs. Telephone for incoming calls - No. 01728 454347. Door to courtyard and french doors leading tothe conservatory.

Bedroom 2
Double bed, storage and hanging area.
Bedroom 3
A light, airy, unusual room with a mezzanine deck housing a single bed. A set of bunk beds occupies the floor area plus a wardrobe with shelves. This is a fun room especially for young people but the mezzanine level and upper bunk bed are not suitable for very small children.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
