The Chalet is a newly-converted former servants' quarters for the Uplands Hotel. The conversion has been carried out to the very highest standard throughout. Situated in the grounds of the now converted building, which has been upgraded into flats and houses. The Chalet has parking for one car and is only a short distance from the main areas of Aldeburgh.
Sitting/Dining/Kitchen
A large, airy and bright room, comfortably furnished room with sofa, coffee tables, table lamps, television/ DVD. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen area has been built to a very high standard with granite work tops, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Ample china, glasses, cooking utensils and cutlery for your use.
Garden
There is a superb, large garden available for your use with garden furniture.
Rental
£300 - £500 per week according to season
Shower Room
With larger than average shower cubicle, WC and basin.
Bedroom
Double bed, bedside cabinet and lamps. Chest of drawers and wardrobe. Enjoying the views over the garden.
Enjoy a really luxurious stay in peaceful surroundings yet just a short distance from the High Street with its cafés and shops, beach and sea.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
