The Stables is a superior, light and spacious family house. It is a permanent home and so is furnished to very high standard with lots of extras. The Stables is situated in a quiet residential road, but within a few minutes of the High Street and thes sea.
Sitting Room
Again a large, sunny, comfortably furnished room with comfy sofa, easy chairs, coffee tables and lamps. Modern flat screen television With Sky TV.
Kitchen/Diner
A modern, large family room making it the hub of the house with large fridge and microwave. Cooking is done on the 'Aga'. Modern flat screen television. More then ample china, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware for your use. Large table and chairs with ample seating for 6-8 people. As already mentioned, this is a permanent home and the extras are too numerous to mention.
Study - Quiet Room
With table, easy chairs and reading material.
Conservatory
The conservatory overlooks the garden - with easy chairs, coffee tables and drinks fridge.
Utility Room
With washing machine, dryer and sink. This room houses the central heating and hot water boiler.
Rental
£1,500.00 per week. Only available during July and August

Bath, shower, basin and WC.

Bedroom 1
With a double bed, beside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe and easy chair.
Bedroom 2
With 2 singles, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 3
A large room with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps. 2 chests of drawers, easy chairs and 2 large fitted wardrobes. A large flat screen television.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
