The house sleeps 11+cot
A large grade two listed, centrally - heated family house situated on three floors, with views over Thorpeness Common. The house has recently been partly refurbished and has an on-going refurbishment programme.
Sitting Room
A large family room with leather sofas and easy chairs, coffee tables, table lamps, bookcases and colour television and DVD player. Gas fire. Telephone for incoming calls only - No. 01728 453016. It has the facility of dialling 999, 150 and 152 calls only, although you can use a BT telephone card.
Dining Room
Again a large family room, large table, plenty of chairs and sideboard.
Kitchen
Newly fitted, making it a very pleasant and bright room, with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Ample cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware are provided plus lots, lots more.
Utility Room
Housing the washing machine and tumble dryer, with plenty of room for shoes, boots and even bikes.
Downstairs Cloakroom
With washhand basin and WC.
Garden
There is an enclosed all-round garden with garden furniture. Dogs are allowed but owners must clean up the garden before they leave.

£420 - £810 per week according to the season

Containing a single bed. Airing cupboard housing the controls for the hot water and central heating.

A large room with 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Basin and cot.
Bedroom 4
With double bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe and cupboards, dressing table and chair.
Bedroom 5
With four single beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe. Chest of drawers.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
