Winkle cottage has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It is situated at the southern end of the High Street close to the beach and the shops and has parking for 1 car.
Sitting Room
A comfortably furnished room with large comfy sofas, coffee table, table lamp, TV, DVD and video, church pew and a bookcase full of reading material. A feature of the room is the unusual gas fire.
Dining Room
With pine table and chairs, Welsh dresser and a mini sound system.
Kitchen
A modern, fitted room with fridge, freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven and microwave. Ample china, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses for your use.
Cloakroom
With basin and WC.
Garden
Superb, sunny courtyard.
Rental
£400 - £700 per week according to season
Bathroom
Bath with shower attachment over, basin and WC.
Bedroom 1
With double bed, bedside cabinet and lamp, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2
With a 4ft bed, bedside cabinet and lamp and modern canvas hanging space.
Bedroom 3
With single bed, bedside drawers and lamp and again a modern canvas hanging space.
While all duvets and pillows are provided, tenants MUST provide their own linen. i.e. duvet covers, pillowcases, sheet and towels.
